Launching a rebranded consultancy
Rise Above Partners (previously Cambridge Strategy Centre) is a Cambridge-based consultancy offering leadership coaching, leadership strategy and leadership delivery to local and global brands.

We held a series of planning workshops which focused on the needs and expectations of potential new clients, paying careful consideration to the fact that leadership consultancy might not be what they’re looking for right now, but possibly is required to help overcome their challenges.
It quickly became clear that a rebrand should be considered and would form a good vehicle to offering a fresh approach for the consulancy.
The new brand identity is nice and simple, reflecting the myriad of options for helping organisations to rise above their challenges and the competition.
The arrows style injects some personality and provides a device and interesting tool to use throughout their marketing and messaging.
The purpose of the site is to attract new leads and inquiries, so we developed a unique yet simple call-to-action module to allow the selection of different arrow styles to draw attention.
Sure it’s a little fun, but it’s also an effective visual solution to drawing attention and signposting users through the site.
A bold experience
The new brand identity lends itself to a big and bold design style, which includes big typography and a fun and friendly writing style, micro-animation and loading transitions, and only minimal use of imagery and photography.
And we made sure the site was ultra fast, scoring 100/100 using the Google Page Speed Insights service to ensure the best experience.
Continuous improvement programme
We deliver a strategic CI programme for Rise Above, which includes quarterly planning sessions to identify new opportunities, analyse results, and to agree and prioritise next steps. We keep a close eye on the sites performance and conversion, but also take responsibility for their other inbound channels including email, social, paid and organic search.
