Overview
The Spiritualists’ National Union (SNU) is a national charity with international reach, promoting the philosophy, science and religion of Spiritualism. Their existing website no longer supported the needs of a diverse membership or modern digital expectations. Granite 5 was appointed to deliver a refreshed brand identity, a mobile-first WordPress website, automated membership management via OOMI, and intuitive directories. The project focused on improving usability, reducing manual administration and empowering the SNU team to manage the platform independently.
