M&MH aim to break the link between financial difficulty and mental health problems.
They chose to work with us in 2020 to maintain their website and roll-out frequent improvements focused on user experience, accessibility and performance.
Continuous improvement (CI)
We identified where the user experience and accessibility of the site could be improved, and prioritised the areas of biggest impact.
We also highlighted opportunities to improve brand consistency, usability and messaging, which also contribute towards the overall UX.
Our CI approach uses data collected from user behaviour analysis, to frequently roll-out improvements focused on the needs of the user.
