Every agency has a Pat, somebody that gets involved in all areas of the business and keeps the whole team in line. Pat has contact with every single client, be that answering the phone, sending an invoice, being on hand in their moment of need. She’s the ‘go to’ person for clients and colleagues alike. And what she doesn’t know… isn’t worth knowing!
Pat gets involved in every event and most meetings, from bookings and organisation, to taking actions, minutes and reporting. But more than this – she has a wealth of commercial experience that means when she contributes something, it’s pure gold.
She joined as PA to the founder, before becoming Office Manager and we’re now delighted to announce that Pat has been promoted to Client Services Manager.

Pat’s new role is critical in helping Granite 5 deliver against our ambitious growth plans and particularly our focus on Customer Experience. We want to do all we can to ensure the seamless delivery of our projects, on time and to budget – and to exceed our customers’ expectations.
