Understand your Business objectives

1. Discovery

An initial meeting (in-person or on the phone) for us to get an understanding of your business, your marketplace and your goals, We will also discuss how we can best work together.

2. Proposal

If after the initial discussion you are happy to proceed we will put together a proposal with a suggested statement of works, this will be your bespoke SMARTT marketing proposal.

Website audit and analysis

3. Audit

The first work we undertake as part of your SMARTT is an in-depth website and online audit. This will be repeated throughout our relationship as a practical way of recording and monitoring progress.

Set targets, online objectives and goals

4. Objectives & Strategy

Following the audit we will meet to agree short and long-term SMARTT objectives. Once agreed we will begin the creation of a marketing strategy.

5. Actions & Timelines

SMARTT is a partnership. Ideally, the strategic plan will provide actions for ourselves and you, the client. We will agree actions, timelines and the how we will measure success.

6. Reporting & Support

As we roll out the plan we we will provide focused monthly reports to keep you up to date with the SMARTT work undertaken and the progress made. We will also have regular meetings (or calls) to discuss the project and any changes required to campaigns or direction.
