We are pleased to welcome a new addition to the client services team, Steve Hannah, a creative project manager with over 15 years experience in customer services, account, and project management. Steve joined the team in June 2021 to expand customer experience, giving a people-first approach to the dynamic and creative services produced by Granite 5.
Steve is a strong advocate of exemplary customer service – taking the ‘people’ angle on issues; considering the user, the owner, and the creators in the project he is involved in. With a myriad of creative strings in his bow, he is happy to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in with planning, testing, content, photography and editing, social, and more.
In his spare time, Steve is into tinkering with anything he’s allowed to take apart to work on, so far including; motorbikes, cars, computers, and all kinds of old technology. With a degree in photography, he also enjoys anything visual – video games, films, decent production quality in BBC and HBO shows, art galleries, and a good view anywhere in the world.
Steve commented: “I’m very excited to be joining Granite 5. As someone who is passionate about people, customer service and quality production I feel that I’ve found a good home here. I look forward to getting stuck in, lending myself to anything and everything I can – and learning to do what I can’t.”
