We delivered a rich new user experience for one of Cambridgeshire’s most reputable independent retail businesses, launching their ecommerce journey and helping to build their online profile.
The website makes it easy to deliver seasonal campaigns which provide measurable returns and increased customer loyalty.
The ecommerce website pulls its product data from the internal EPOS system which demands a constant live feed. The result is accurate inventory management and control alongside a centralised hub for managing products.
Driven by the different levels of technical ability of the diverse range of user groups, a clear, simple and intuitive user interface was developed to aid usability. Average time on site and number of page views have increased as a result and a better level of engagement throughout the whole site.

By harnessing different social channels Scotsdales have not only built a good following, they have also attracted hundreds of positive Facebook reviews which really help to spread the word throughout the social space.
The new website has achieved some great results (comparing 2016 to 2017) including a 26% increase in organic traffic, 17% increase in page views, 58% increase in online sales, 47% increase in mobile traffic and a massive 30% increase in conversion.
