The website

Casas, a growing, family-run business, has evolved its website with us over the years. And moving away from traditional brochure marketing, wanted a cost-effective solution to provide real-time on-line bookings.

The solution

On-line bookings were introduced three seasons ago and run in parallel with the company's back office reservations system, which generates confirmation correspondence and receipts.

Although clients can still make bookings over the phone, most now use the website. Reservations are then entered in the administration area, the hub of the content management system, which enables Casas staff to easily and simply update the property portfolio, the seasonal tariff, and availability on individual houses and apartments.

The verdict
