The clientCIMTIG is the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Travel Industry Group. The Institute is the world's largest marketing organisation with some 50,000 members.
CIMTIG is one of the largest and most active of its marketing interest groups as well as the longest established. The group promotes marketing excellence within the travel and tourism industries, providing networking opportunities, training and qualifications.
The websiteCIMTIG's old website needed updating and invigorating to better reflect its marketing expertise and dynamic industry base. One of the key objectives was to reinforce the group’s long association with the renowned Institute.
The team of volunteers behind the website also wanted to bring content management in house. News and event information from the group changes frequently, often with daily updates, so a simple, easy to use system was key.
